Crossman connection- formed by Jeff and Kevin Crossman at age 13 and 11 after singing a karaoke contest at Shakeys Pizza in Fairfield, CA. After Jeff won the contest, the owner asked if he had a band. It was at that moment that Jeff shoved his foot in his mouth and said without a second thought, YES! The guys had 3 weeks to learn 45 songs as a trio which included Jeff, Kevin and their dad Butch. After countless hours of practice and sleepless nights for the family, Crossman Connection was born. They played Shakeys Pizza every Wednesday and Thursday night for about a year. After meeting a drummer and bass player, they set their sights on a full band arrangement. The task of asking venues to allow a 13 and 11 year old to play stages of dive bars and Honkytonks was not an easy one but Cadillac Ranch in Cordelia took a chance and started a Sunday BBQ for all ages. After about 6 months of playing as a live band, a Battle of the Bands came along and the group decided to throw their hat in the ring and give it a shot. Crossman Connection competed against several bands that had been playing for 20+ years. And the results… your battle of the bands champions are… Crossman Connection. Following that performance, the phones were ringing off the hook with venues needing to know what it would take for them to get Crossman Connection. The guys opened for Nashville Acts, played fairs and festivals, and eventually recorded an album of original music written by Jeff and Kevin Crossman. The years flew by and the guys have played well over 5,000 shows in the past 30 years. They’ve toured all over the US. The band has recorded a total of 3 albums in recent years and have continued to play live show, write, record and release new music. In September of 2022, Crossman Connection signed a management deal with Lucasey/ Getter Creative Management and is gaining momentum across the west coast and beyond. Watch out Nashville… these guys are Ready To Go!
